Le Masque de Nô

Nô mask has been neglected for a long time.

In the sculpture garden of Yasuo Mizui in Lacoste, France, a dancer wearing the kimono of his first wife, Kiyoko, and wearing Nô mask that Yasuo had preserved.

In a forgotten garden, Nô mask sometimes cries, laughs, and gets angry.

The fantasy memory begins to move with sculptures, Nô mask, and kimono.

Kumano Kodō

The Kumano Kodō is a series of ancient pilgrimage routes of Japan. It is the path of the wisdom and patience of the old, and some trees are more than 800 years old.

In that space, a dancer wearing a yellow “wisdom of light” dress concentrates her soul and has a conversation connecting with “the pilgrim’s wisdom” in space and time.

The Goddess Satya,
I see your face. Are you sleeping? Where are you?
You are the Goddess at the centre of the Universe, long without your crown.
Yes, you are so sad, so alone.

Goddess Satya, Time has been waiting for you.
Can you hear Time?
The time to wake up is now.

You stir, awaking.
Time is ready.
You dance.
You dance through the Universe.
You dance as the mother of the Universe.

Now you are crowned.
Man is ready.

I hear your voice.
Your clear voice.
Your voice resonates throughout the Universe.
You are the mother of the Universe.
The Universe is ONE.
You are the apogee of Time.
You sing.
Your voice resonates through the Universe; Man listens to your voice.
Joy.
Man opens.
The Goddess Satya is crowned.
